Bill Messmore, 83, of Findlay passed away Thursday, October 8, 2015 in St. Mary’s Hospital in Decatur with family by his side.

Funeral services were at 10 a.m. Monday, October 12, 2015 in Lockart-Green Funeral Home in Findlay with the Reverend Tim Moon officiating.  Burial was in Findlay Cemetery.       Login or Subscribe to read the rest of this story.
