Bob Sinkler

Services for Robert “Bob” Earl Sinkler, 78, of Windsor were held at 11 a.m. Tuesday in Windsor Christian Church.

He died Saturday Oct. 24, 2015 in Carle Foundation Hospital in Urbana.
