Roger Baugher

Roger W. Baugher, 76, of Neoga passed away at 9:06 a. m. Friday, October 27, 2017, in the HSHS St. Anthony Memorial Hospital of Effingham.

As per Roger’s wishes his body will be cremated. A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 4 in the East Side Nazarene Church located at 2129 S. 9th St. in Mattoon.
