Tom Rigg

A memorial service to honor and celebrate the life of Thomas “Tom” Howard Rigg, 60, of Dalton City was held at 11 a.m. Nov. 21 in Dawson & Wikoff Funeral Home in Mt. Zion. Burial was in Point Pleasant Cemetery.
