Jean Florini

Jean A. Florini, 78, of Sullivan passed away at 10:54 p.m. Saturday November 3, 2018 in Aspen Creek in Sullivan.
Celebration of Life services will be 10:30 a.m. Friday in Reed Funeral Home in Sullivan with Pastor Grant Wade officiating. Visitation will be 5-7 p.m. Thursday. Burial will be in Marrowbone Township Cemetery in Bethany.
Jean was born May 16, 1940 in Bethany, a daughter of Thomas and Dora Deane McReynolds Hudson. She graduated from Bethany High School in 1958 and in 1962 graduated from Eastern Illinois University with a teaching degree. She married her beloved husband Joe Florini August 17, 1962, after meeting him while both were performing in the show ‘Brigadoon’ at the Little Theatre on the Square in Sullivan. They were married for 51 years until Joe preceded her in death July 14, 2014 and were members of First Christian Church of Sullivan.     Login or Subscribe to read the rest of this story.
