Charlotte Emel

Charlotte May Emel, 87, of Sullivan, passed away at 12:29 a.m. Sunday in the Lakeland Rehabilitation and Health Care Center in Effingham.
A memorial reception will be from 2-4 p.m. Saturday December 7, 2019 at the Reed Funeral Home, Sullivan. Private family burial will be at the Greenhill Cemetery, Sullivan.
