Fred Urbanski, 73, of Sullivan passed away at 4:40 a.m. Friday November 30, 2018 in his residence.
Mass of Christan Burial was at 10 a.m. Tuesday in St. Columcille Catholic Church in Sullivan with FR John Titus Celebrant. Rite of Committal and Burial will be in Greenhill Cemetery in Sullivan.
