Barbara S. Otto, 87, of Arthur passed away at 11:45 p.m. Sunday, February 11, 2018 in her residence in Arthur.

Funeral services will be held at 9 a.m. Thursday, February 15 in the HCK West Building one mile south of Arthur. Bishop David E. Schrock will officiate. Burial will be in Otto Cemetery in Arthur with visitation 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. today (Wednesday, February 14) in the HCK West Building.
