Joyce Rice

Joyce Elaine Rice ‘Sarge’, 72, of Lovington, went home to be with her Father God, on March 1, 2021, at her home with her loving husband by her side.
Elaine was born September 9, 1948 in Decatur, the daughter of Herschal K. and Mildred Dickey Preston. They have preceded her in death. Surviving are two cherished sisters, Donna Preston and Carol Preston of Lovington.     Login or Subscribe to read the rest of this story.
