Joyce Ann Welsh, 82, of Sullivan, passed away at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, April 10, 2018 in Sarah Bush Lincoln Health Center in Mattoon.

Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated at 10 a.m. Monday, April 16 at St. Columcille Catholic Church in Sullivan. Burial was in Greenhill Cemetery in Sullivan.
