Billy Woolsey, 56, of Sullivan passed away at 9:30 a.m. Saturday, February 11, 2017, in Mayo Clinic in Phoenix, Arizona.

Memorial services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, April 29 in Reed Funeral Home in Sullivan. Visitation will be from 9-11 a.m. Saturday in Reed Funeral Home.
