Carroll J. Sebens, 83, of Sullivan, passed away 8:30 a.m. Friday, April 3, 2020 in her home surrounded by her loving family.
Private family services will be held. Burial will be in Greenhill Cemetery. Memorials are suggested to the Sullivan First Baptist Church. Reed Funeral Home, Sullivan is in charge of arrangements.
