Shelby Ann Tate, 32, of Sullivan passed away at 2:03 p.m. Saturday, May 21, 2016 in her home in Sullivan.

Memorial services will be held at 6 p.m. Friday, May 27 in McMullin-Young Funeral Home in Sullivan with Father Angel Sierra officiating. Visitation will be held one hour before the services in McMullin-Young Funeral Home in Sullivan.
