Frances Arlene Dudley, 83, of Arthur, IL passed away on May 16, 2021 at the Arthur Home after battling Cancer. Robert Doyle Dudley, 84, passed away on May 17, 2021 at the Arthur Home after battling Leukemia and Cancer.  Fran was born to Willis “Ansel” and Marie Howard on July 28, 1937 in Sullivan, IL.
