Tracey Hinton

Tracey Irene Hinton was born January 19, 1970 in Decatur and left this world July 17, 2020. She is survived by her son Trevor (Summer) Smiley of Loves park, Ill.; brothers Brian (Heather) Hinton of Mattoon and Chad (Carol) Fair of Arthur; special stepsister Holley (Ken) Baumann of Rockford, Illinois; grandchildren Laci and Jayce Smiley of Loves Park, Illinois and many nieces, nephews and special friends.     Login or Subscribe to read the rest of this story.
