Thomas Bruce “Papa” Howen, 84, of Sullivan, passed away at 2:21 a.m. Saturday, March 28, 2020, at St. Mary’s Hospital in Decatur.
Services will be held at St. Columcille Catholic Church in Sullivan Saturday, July 11 with visitation starting at 9 a.m. and Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. Saturday at the church. Immediately following there will be a graveside service at Greenhill Cemetery where both Dianna Marie “Peggy” and Thomas Bruce “Papa” will be laid to rest with military rites by Sullivan American Legion Post #68.     Login or Subscribe to read the rest of this story.
