He died at 4 p.m. Tuesday December 30, 2014 in St. Mary’s Hospital in Decatur.

Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday in the Otto Center in Arthur with burial in Pleasant View Cemetery in rural Arcola. Edwards Funeral Home is assisting with arrangements.
