He passed away peacefully at his residence March 23, 2014 with his loving family at his side. He was born May 31, 1966 in Decatur to Lynnette and Ronald Hermann. He married his soulmate Melinda Kristie “Mindy” Parks Aug. 29, 2009 in Westminster, Md.

Sentel Lodge #764 and the Findlay Shelbyville Jackson Lodge #53 were held Monday evening. Burial was in Todds Point Cemetery in Findlay.
He passed away peacefully at 3:10 p.m. Friday March 21, 2014 in his home surrounded by his family.
