Sandra K. Lowry completed her service to this world on Friday November 20th, 2020. Not wanting to trouble anyone she drove herself to Good Shepherd Hospital in Shelbyville, IL, and passed of a sudden heart attack. My mom was 68. She was brought into this world by her loving parents Bob and Betty (Burk) Robbins April 16th, 1952; also in Shelbyville. She graduated from SHS and after marrying, spent her formative years in Sullivan, Illinois serving both Moultrie and Shelby county senior citizens in a myriad of positions. Read More

John J. Brandenburg, 80, of Sullivan, formerly of Shelbyville, passed away Monday, November 16, 2020 in his home.
Funeral services will be held at 2:30 PM Thursday, November 19 at McMullin-Young Funeral Home in Sullivan. Visitation will be held one hour before the services. Face masks are suggested, and please practice social distancing for the services. Burial will be in Keller Cemetery in Lovington. Memorials may be made to the Shriners Hospital for Children. Larry D. Williams, 66, of Waynesboro, Pa., formerly of Illinois, died at 9:45 p.m. EST, Sunday, Nov. 1, 2020.
A private family graveside service with military honors and a celebration of life will be held at a later date.
Larry was born Dec. 21, 1953, in Joliet, Ill., a son of Floyd Williams and Imogene Wallace-Williams (Gill). He was a veteran and had served as post commander of American Legion Post 429. Read More
