Okaw Farmers Cooperative is holding the 12th annual member and shareholders meeting Thursday, August 17 at Yoder’s Kitchen in Arthur.

Dinner will be served between 4:30 and 6:30 p.m. preceding the 7 p.m. business meeting. Tony Brown, president of the board of directors of Okaw Farmers Cooperative, Inc. will outline goals for the company’s future.

General manager Dave Kieffer will discuss operations of the company.
