Robert E. Butt, 69, of Sullivan died at 2:37 a.m. Tuesday Oct. 21 in Sullivan Rehabilitation and Health Care Center.

Celebration of Life services will be at 2 p.m. Monday in Reed Funeral Home in Sullivan with visitation 1-2 p.m. Monday. Burial will be in Oak Grove Cemetery in Bethany.
