HS Students Meet for Leadership Training
•October 24, 2018• The Illinois Family, Career and Community Leaders of America (FCCLA) teamed up with State Farm Insurance Companies to provide approximately 200 high school students training on how to be positive, effective leaders in their homes, schools and communities. The training which was held Sunday, September 30, and Monday, October 1 at the Northfield Inn/ Conference Center in Springfield emphasized leadership skills, community service and the State Farm teen safe driving campaign. This group of students coordinated all aspects of the event, from researching and constructing the various games, to determining each set of rules and criteria for prizes, to the purchasing of prizes. WSS Volleyball Team Finishes Second at Mt. Pulaski

The Hatchets lost one match in pool play but battled back to reach the championship match against Mt. Zion. WSS lost the championship match in thee sets.
