Illinois’ aerospace cluster is centered around the northern and northeastern portion of the state. The Rockford area alone has more than 70 companies in the aerospace supply chain employing 7,000 people, says the Illinois Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity. Amusement Rides at State Fair Inspected by IDOL

•August 15, 2018• The Illinois Department of Labor (IDOL) will conduct routine inspections of all amusement rides and attractions at the 2018 Illinois State Fair. There are more than 65 rides to enjoy on the Carnival Midway, Adventure Village, and Happy Hollows pavilions.
