People may sign up though the county’s website at www.moultriecountyil.com to receive Property Fraud Alerts, an automated database that monitors activity involving land records filed in the Moultrie County Clerk and Recorder’s office. “The best protection we can offer against property fraud is proactive protection,” England said. “Having the Property Fraud Alert service will make Moultrie County less attractive to criminals and is in the best interest of the community.” … Read More
