Fall Sports Preview Draws Crowd to Sullivan Football Field

On Friday, August 18 fans of Sullivan Okaw Valley football, Sullivan golf and cross country teams along with volleyball and cheerleaders gathered to kick off the season in grand fashion. Each team was introduced to an enthusiastic group of fans, family and friends. •August 23, 2017• Local author E.M. Burtcheard will hold a book signing at the Windsor Library 10:30 a.m. until noon Saturday, August 26. The Long Ride is Burtcheard’s third book and is a about two girls escaping the orphan train during the wild west in an effort to find a better life. Faces West and Growing Up on Christian 40 are previous works still on the shelf. Burtcheard lives in Sullivan and is working on Broken Anchor Heritage.
