And after the heartbreaking Regional final loss to T-town that ended their high school careers, both continued collegiately—Boyer at Eastern Illinois University, and Neuhauser at Lake Land College. Emergency management offers heat safety tips •July 13, 2016• On average, heat kills more people each year than other weather-related hazards, such as tornadoes, floods and lightning.
