McClure’s Legislation Protecting Parental Rights to Medical Records Passes

•May 31, 2023• Parents of special needs children are required to make many, often serious, decisions about their children’s healthcare, a job that only gets harder if they can’t get access to test results and other medical records. In Illinois, sometimes those parents aren’t able to get access, even if the records are from tests and procedures that required the parents’ consent to be performed. State Senator Steve McClure (R-Springfield) and Representative C.D. ALAH Holds Graduation Ceremony

by Crystal Reed The ceremony began with the playing of the national anthem, and Class President Brady Moore welcomed everyone to the ceremony. Salutatorian Charley Condill came to the podium to deliver her speech to the class. She noted the members of their class are better today than they were walking in as freshmen. Condill said the first two weeks of the shutdown had the excitement of a Christmas vacation. 25 Years Ago This Week The Sullivan graduating class of 1998 was addressed by valedictorian Meredith Cooper and Jalee Fifer, salutatorian during commencement ceremonies at Victory Field. Three weeks prior about seven miles east of Sullivan, triplet red Angus calves were born. The three calves which are not identical were not born by chance.
