Warm up with a good breakfast

News Progress Posted on January 22, 2025 by webmasterJanuary 22, 2025

•January 22, 2025• Breakfast has long been touted as the most important meal of the day. After individuals spend several hours sleeping, breakfast refuels their bodies and prepares them to tackle the day ahead.  People on the go may not have a lot of time to enjoy breakfast, which means they may grab something quick and not always so healthy. •January 22, 2025• by E. Scott England The Sullivan Redskins have an overall winning record. And in the conference, they are undefeated. This is thanks to two big wins over conference opponents last week. First up was Cerro Gordo/Bement. Defensively, their main focus was Will Fuson. Aside from his quickness, he is dangerous behind the arc. He proved so by draining five threes in the evening. Unfortunately, no other CGB player got out of single digits in scoring. For Sullivan, Drayden Watkins led the team with 13 points. He was followed closely by Cam Watkins who had 12. James Feldkamp … Read More
