Department on Aging to Assist Older Adults During Medicare Open Enrollment Period

Governor Pritzker Continues Effort to Adjust COVID-19 Requirements

Jan Munch Pastor Jan Munch, originally from Sullivan, went to be with the Lord on October 11, 2022, at age 81. He was the pastor of Athens Lutheran Church in Athens, Tenn. from 1983 to 2007. Prior to this, he served as Assistant Pastor at Pilgrim Lutheran Church in Decatur and as a vacancy pastor at Mt. Zion Presbyterian Church in Mt. Zion. Sullivan celebrates America’s 250th

The annual Fourth of July parade kicked off a fun filled day of celebration hosted by the Sullivan American Legion Saturday.  Wyman Park was the next destination for the always entertaining watermelon eating contest, turtle races and sack races. At dusk, an amazing fireworks display capped off the festivities. More photos can be found on page 12.
