City Council Approves Matching Grant Request for MCHGS
•September 29, 2021• by Crystal Reed NP Writer Sullivan City Council met Monday and approved a matching grant request for up to $200,000 to the Moultrie County Historical and Genealogical Society. Commissioner Abbey Sherwood said she had many concerns granting any organization $200,000. Their TIF consultant said it makes more sense to have an agreement with Metro Communications than the society.
