David Coe David L. Coe, 65, passed away at 12:13 a.m. Sunday in the Sarah Bush Lincoln Health Center, Mattoon. Celebration of Life services will be 11:00 a.m. Thursday in the Reed Funeral Home, Sullivan with Pastor Joel Ruppert officiating. Visitation will be Thursday from 10:00 a.m. until service time. Burial will be in the Bolin Cemetery, Sullivan with military honors provided by Scott Air Force Base. Memorials are suggested to New Life Pregnancy, Decatur.
