•March 11, 2020• Sarina Voegel and Hannah Creek both represented Moultrie-Douglas 4-H and their Moultrie County Shining Stars 4-H Club by attending the annual Illinois 4-H Leadership Conference. This overnight event was held in Effingham on February 22-23. They were two of 100 members in 7th and 8th grade from around the state in attendance.
