Jim Dwyer James T. ‘Jim’ Dwyer, 75, of Sullivan passed away at 8:25 a.m. Saturday, August 11, 2018 in his residence. Celebration of Life Services were at 11 a.m. Tuesday in Reed Funeral Home in Sullivan with Pastor Charliam Renner officiating. Jim was born March 7, 1943 in Quincy, the son of James T. Dwyer, Jr. and Margaret Thieman Dwyer. Jim earned his Bachelors in Education from Quincy College and his Masters of Administration from Eastern Illinois University.
