New Voter ID Cards Mailed

•June 19, 2019• Registered voters in Moultrie County will be receiving new Voter Identification Cards within the next week. As required by law, the County Clerk’s office is in the process of completing a purge of Moultrie County voters. County Clerk Georgia England explained that a purge is done to help maintain voter registrations by keeping them current and up-to-date and to eliminate voters who are deceased or have moved from Moultrie County. •June 12, 2019• Sullivan has a new chief of police and assistant chief bringing small town peace keeping and the latest technology possible its citizens. “This is our home, and we want to keep it safe and secure as it has always been,” new Sullivan Chief of Police Andy Pistorius said. Pistorius replaced retiring chief Jim Waggoner and was officially appointed chief of the department by mayor Richard Glazebrook at the May 28 city council meeting.
