Victor Ronald Landers, 85, passed away May 20, 2019 at his residence in Longmont, Colorado. “Ron” was born October 8, 1933 to Victor William Landers and Corina Mabel Poland Landers in Sullivan.
Ron is a graduate of Sullivan High School and Eastern Illinois University in Charleston.  While attending Eastern, he played football for the EIU Panthers. After graduating, he became coach at Pleasant Hill, Illinois High School and later became a coach in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Real Estate led Ron to move to Longmont, Colorado where he resided with his surviving wife Nancy Vaughn Landers.     Login or Subscribe to read the rest of this story.
