The Sullivan Chamber and Economic Development applied for and was awarded the RISE Grant by the State of Illinois. The grant of $40,000 is to be used to create a Comprehensive Plan for future growth and development of the City of Sullivan. A Comprehensive Plan is an important step in building a strong future for our neighborhood and it has been a much needed tool that will help organize and focus positive growth.     Login or Subscribe to read the rest of this story.
