Dennis Hutchings Nominated IRTA Unit Honoree

The Moultrie County Retired Teachers Association met June 5 at First United Methodist Church in Sullivan. President Sue Yarnell presided and introduced Jim Bachman, the Illinois Retired Teachers Association Executive Director.
Bachman’s presentation included explanations of the recent Illinois legislation regarding retired teachers and their pensions.
Addison Graham, a recent graduate of Sullivan High School, was present to thank the Moultrie County Retired Teachers for the scholarship he received.
