Avery Schrock, of Arthur, has been named recipient of the 2016 Charles B. Shuman Memorial Scholarship sponsored by the Moultrie County Farm Bureau.

Schrock is the son of Roger and Jeannette Schrock and is a freshman at Parkland College and the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign through the Pathways Program.
