The Sullivan City Council held a special meeting in closed session Monday, December 21 to interview candidates for the position of interim Commissioner of Streets and Public Improvements.
After returning from closed session, the council appointed Doug Booker as interim Commissioner of Streets and Public Improvements. He will serve until May 10, 2021, and there will be a person elected at the consolidated general election on April 6 to fill the remaining two years of the term.     Login or Subscribe to read the rest of this story.
