Editor’s Note: Taylor Cole, known in Sullivan as “Tad”, attended Sullivan school system K thru 12, graduating in 1984. Cole enjoyed the friendship of a proud sailor Robert Best and has many friends in the Moultrie County area. Rich Voltz had a strong influence on Cole’s life during his high school years. His parents are Dean and Judy Cole of North Carolina, formerly of Sullivan.

Taylor Cole, currently President, Commercial Off-the-Road (OTR), has been named President, Firestone Building Products, LLC, effective August 14, 2017, reporting to Bill Thompson, Chief Operating Officer, Bridgestone Americas. Taylor succeeds Tim Dunn, who announced his intent to retire, effective October 1.
