Secretary of State and State Librarian Jesse White has awarded FY21 Illinois Public Library Per Capita and Equalization Aid Grants totaling $18.1 million to 638 public libraries serving almost 12 million patrons.
Libraries in our area and the grants they are being awarded are: Arthur Public Library District, $8,283.60; Marrowbone Public Library District, $3,877.78; Lovington Public Library District, $2,718.43; Elizabeth Titus Memorial Library, $6,549.00 and Windsor Storm Memorial Public Library District, $2,174.15.     Login or Subscribe to read the rest of this story.
