Ronald E. Powell, 86, of Sullivan, passed away at 3:45 a.m. Wednesday, March 10, 2021, in Mattoon Rehabilitation and Health Care Center.
Celebration of Life services will be 11 a.m. Saturday in Reed Funeral Home in Sullivan with Larry Wright officiating assisted by Pastor Bobby York. Visitation will be 10 a.m. until service time. Rose Anna Crawley, 74, of Dalton City, passed away March 7, 2021, in Decatur Memorial Hospital.
Rose was born February 5, 1947, in Oconee, Illinois, the daughter of Clyde Ewin Hicks and Mildred Virginia (Eller) Hicks.
Rose married Raymond Larry Dean Crawley October 24, 1968. She was a homemaker with young children, then returned to the workforce in real estate and later in receiving and delivery at Sears. She was active in her community by serving on the Bethany School Board and as an officer of the Bethany Band Boosters during the 1980s, serving on a multitude of committees and fundraisers to see the Marching Mustangs go to Florida. She was known for her generous spirit, being a wonderful cook, loving wife, mother, and grandma, who loved her sons-in-law as her own. Read More

Donald A. England, 94, of Kirkwood, Missouri, passed away peacefully with his two daughters by his side on the evening of February 25, 2021, in Sunset Hills, Missouri. He loved and is loved by his family.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph D. and Marie E. England; wife of 60 years, Laura June; brother, Harold England, and sisters, Helen Thomas, Doris Lindley, and Wilma Stephens.
He is survived by his wife, Alice “Pauline” Smith; children Michael Rohn (Jan) England, Steven Mark (Adele) England, Timothy Kyle England, Laura Lynn (Robert) Ross, and Leslie Ann (Phillip) Thornburg; grandchildren Joe, Jack, Tian, Will, Jacob, Eli, Patrick, Michael, Emily, Glenn, and Neil; great-grandchildren Ava and Gus and many nieces, nephews, and other loved ones.
