Donald Rankin

Donald Earl Rankin, 91, of Mattoon passed away at 2:28 a.m. Monday December 29, 2014 in Sarah Bush Lincoln Health Center in Coles County.

Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday in Lovins-Lockart Funeral Home in Windsor with Pastor Kevin Wolfe officiating. Visitation will be one hour before service time. Burial with military rites will be in Cochran’s Grove Cemetery near Windsor.
