She passed away at 12:28 p.m. Tuesday Jan. 28, 2014 in her residence.

Richard Franklin “Dick” Baugher, 75, of rural Windsor passed away at 6:55 p.m. Tuesday Jan. 21, 2014 in the comfort of his home with loved ones by his side.
Dick was born Oct. 31, 1938 in Mattoon, a son of Frank and Francis Weaver Baugher. Dick married Susan Hanfland Dec. 12, 1970 in Effingham, and they enjoyed 43 years together.

Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday in McMullin-Young Funeral Home in Sullivan with visitation one hour before the services. Burial will be in Greenhill Cemetery in Sullivan.

Funeral services will be held 11:00 a.m. Saturday, January 25, 2014 at McMullin-Young Funeral Home, Sullivan. Visitation will be held one hour before the services at McMullin-Young Funeral Home, Sullivan. Burial will be in Mt. Zion General Baptist Cemetery, Coles County.
