When I was coming home from work one afternoon late last summer, I saw two cars stopped on the New Life Tabernacle curve on the Jonathan Creek Road. •January 17, 2018• A poor second quarter doomed the Arthur-Lovington/Atwood-Hammond boys’ basketball team in a nonconference battle against Central A&M last Tuesday. The Knights fell behind seven points in the first quarter, but it was a 20-8 second-quarter run for the Raiders that extended the lead to 39-20 at the half.
