•November 16, 2016• The Moultrie County Historical and Genealogical Society will hold their annual dinner meeting at 6 p.m. Thursday, November 17 in Friendship Hall at Sullivan First United Methodist Church directly across from the Sullivan Fire Department. Tickets may be purchased at The Heritage Center at 117 E. Harrison during open hours of noon to 3 p.m. Monday and Saturday afternoons or at Stone and Stone Law Office at 303 E. •November 9, 2016• Fall is here and the time of year when motorists need to be especially vigilant watching for deer on roads throughout the state, according to the Illinois Department of Transportation (IDOT) and Illinois Department of Natural Resources (IDNR).
