•June 22, 2016• Brynna Sentel For the News Progress Last year the Sullivan High School Administration brought in a new director for the Chorus/ Singers program, Jeff Thomas. Thomas, took a different approach to the Singers show this year. “The Sullivan Singers put together a mini, story based musical that contained elements of Jekyll/Hyde and Frankenstein’s monster.” Thomas, incorporated many props and flashy backdrops as well as lead characters to help the story line along. Fourth of July Sullivan Celebration

•June 22, 2016• Fourth of July at Wyman Park in Sullivan starts Wednesday, June 29 and runs through Monday July 4. A 9:30 p.m. fireworks display finale is set. The American Legion Post 68 requests all parade entries be prepared for the noon July 4th parade start. Following the parade the Legion Hall hosts a meal prepared by Terry Warren for all parade participants.
