Born July 18, 1938 in Findlay, he was a son of Virgil and Dollie Johnson Winings. Richard was a faithful Christian man and witness. Dale Sunderland Dale W. Sunderland, M.D., 94, of Decatur, passed away Wednesday, June 1, 2016 in Decatur Memorial Hospital. Dr. Sunderland was born in Fisher, Ill., a son of Glade and Zora Moore Sunderland. He was raised on a farm at the edge of Fisher during those early years. He graduated from Fisher High School in 1939. He was very active in high school, both athletically and musically. Illinois State Museum Will Re-launch July 2

•June 8, 2016• The Illinois Department of Natural Resources (IDNR) announced today that the Illinois State Museum will re-launch Saturday, July 2 pending approval of the administrative rule that will allow the department to charge an admission fee at the main museum campus. The administrative rule is on the agenda for the Joint Committee on Administrative Rules (JCAR) meeting to be held June 14. With approval, the museum will be able to open about two weeks later.
