Head coach Dave Benning has led the Timberwolves to two straight Regional titles. This set up the Tuesday, May 24 Sectional match with Casey-Westfield in Altamont. Edinburg scored two in the first inning. The Timberwolves responded with two in the second, four in the third, two in the fourth and four in the fifth innings for the win. Students in the three fourth grade classes of Kurt Friese, Drew Campbell and Kay Lehman spent the past two months learning about characters from history and pop culture.
