November 12, 2014 The Allenville Christian Church ·will hold their annual country breakfast & bazaar 7-11 a.m. Saturday, November 15. The menu will consist of biscuits, gravy, sausage, ham, egg casserole, hashbrown patties, waffles, fruit, juice, milk & coffee. There will be homemade cakes, pies, rolls, candy and misc. craft items. A suggested donation for both adults and children under 12 will be collected with proceeds used to help pay for extra parking area. … Read More

Historical Society’s Annual Dinner Nov. 20

November 12, 2014 The Moultrie County Historical and Genealogical Society will hold their year end annual dinner, Thursday, Nov. 20 at 6 p.m. at the First United Methodist Church in Sullivan. Tickets for the dinner may be purchased at the Heritage Center until 4 p.m. Nov. 17. The speaker for the evening will be John Biedler who will be portraying Commodore Stephen Decatur.
